I just got done swapping a 0411 PCM into my 99 OBS 5.7 L31 Suburban 4x4 with 4l60e with A/C, and Pushbutton 4x4. The 24x conversion was pretty easy, I just used the basic kit from EFI Connection and bought a full set of truck LS coils and brackets from the local Pick and Pull for about $50. If you are still going the 0411 swap route, you should be able to use any of the Holden Commodore 00-02 LS1b tunes for this. Once you have the OS on there, you can open the corvette file and copy and paste the spark/fuel values etc back over and make any changes needed manually.
