The log ACT is reading is a bit more complete than what you see in game. You can view it by right clicking an encounter in ACT, there's an option there to browse the log. Those advanced triggers pick up action and buff IDs that are in the log, to distinguish more specifically what the boss is doing.So at some point I updated Windows and my ACT overlay was no longer showing up in fullscreen mode. I don't have a second monitor (or a laptop good enough to run in windowed mode) but I managed to find a quick fix.
