Hi! During all three of my previous pregnancies i was 1-2 cm and 50% or less effaced at 32-33 weeks...i all had term babies 39 weeks and over. This time i am now 35 weeks and 1.5cm and 60% effaced. I did and do with this one too, take it easy and relax more. Plus i don't do too much lifting or staying on my feet for too long.
