Dumb question: what are these seem useless items used for. Like hammer, jug, skull, you know them. No gameplay wise descriptions. I have limited experiences in CRPG like OS2, not finished. This needs to be changed even though Larian seems to like invisible enemies. By 5e rules invisible creatures still need a hide action and roll to be undetected (otherwise they can be attacked by melee and ranged attacks at disadvantage). See invisible in Bg3 isn't even as good as regular 5e invisibility rules.
