If you have the digital version, then no. If you have the disc version, then yes you can dup the special book, and grenades, fusion cores, mini nukes, gold bars, shipments of raw materials, just about anything. You can dup thousands of an item. I'm currently doing it right now. I gave detailed instructions on another thread about 4 or 5 days ago.
