This is the simplest way. You dont need much to keep max corruption. Corrupt your attributes - that will keep your corruption level depending on how many attribute points you corrupt. I normally do this to keep 20% corruption and if i need more, i typically am tp'ing around and hence will by have enough corruption.

How is farming in there possible without one. I've never had much issue. Sure, 1/4 of my bar is corruption when I'm done with a run, but that's not effecting survivability. I set up camp w/ a maproom just outside of one of the exits. It's got a well for water refills and a dancer. Many other things too but these were the essentials.

I don't play Strength builds so i cannot comment on if these boons are worth it to be fully corrupted (50% less HP & stamina is a lot, imo).
