The only faster way i know of is if you happen to use "Dino Storage v2" mod. (where you have that mod's version of a cryo-fridge auto-trap the babies (both from eggs hatching and live birth) and then you can leave the unwanted ones in it and "destroy all souls" to wipe them all out and just give you the cryo-orbs back.
