Directv closed captioning not working.

Closed Captioning has been working flawlessly until now. Tried suggestions with no resolve. All previous recordings allow closed captions to be turned on. I am using a Fire TV Stick 4K of which I have two and the same thing happens on the second Fire Stick. Both show update last checked 1/18/2024 current version Fire OS 6.7.0.0.Closed Captioning was working fine last night. The issue is that Direct TV is not recording the closed captioning that CBS is providing. I understand that this is only happening with some customers makes this somewhat more difficult for Direct TV to find as it is not consistent and may not be able to be duplicated.
