My guess would be bad solenoid. Do you have a test light? If so, you should always have 12v power on the terminal from the batter and the coil terminal that it is connected to. Just double checked and pins 2&7 are common (ground) on the plow side, reading continuity, so it should trigger the headlights to switch over when plugged in. Stuck a drill bit in each pinhole and cleaned them all out twisting back and forth. Again when pressing any button on the controller it shuts off

Dec 11, 2016 · Try unplugging the controller inside the truck and plugging it back in. Check the plow/truck connections too to make sure they're clean and tight. That being said, I just had controller #4 in 8 years go bad on me two days ago. fisher minute mount plow. Stopped working on me today. No up down, side to side. I checked main red wire for power. when I hit joy stick I have power to truck side. I plug harness in test at motor and no power. I took hot wire off motor tested. Power out all the way. I thought it was a bad motor.

This is a Micro fuse, and there isn't anywhere local that carries a Micro fuse tap that can handle a 20 amp circuit.
