My mean visit is at least 1 hour 45 minutes (whereas Biolife takes 1 hr on average), and on multiple occasions I have spent over 2 hours 30 minutes before finishing my donation.The staff is always nice but the Grifols system could be better/quicker process for donors. I can donate in 25-35 minutes but due to their screening system I generally have to set aside 1.5-2 hours because they appear to be short staffed most of the time. Today I was there 2hr and 10 min with a 32 min donation time.
