You just have to go into the commissioner settings and finalize the teams. Then it will let you randomize the draft order (also in the commissioner settings). Edit: it's under "Commissioner Tools", then "Finalize Team List". Then after you do that go back and it's under "Edit Draft Order & Assign Keeper Players". Or be creative.

yahoo's set up for this is annoying as FUCK! i do an offline draft every year because i hate yahoo's time limit for picks. when you do offline pick, yahoo does NOT let you set draft order. you actually have to go set it to online draft and choose a date/time.
