First of all, I think Banshee is selling a Seventh Seraph SMG with a solid Dragonfly roll. I highly recommend picking it up!! For the IKELOS SMG itself, world drops are really hard to target. Your best way to farm for one is either through the Gunsmith or just playing activities. Honestly, speed running strikes or even grinding crucible can help.
Barrels seem to be preference but the ones I have are Extended Barrel and Hammer-forged. I use Hammer-forged.
