I prefer using the SW Promar over the Ben Moore Superspec and I feel the Promar 200 is a little better quality paint and I've used 1000's of gallons of both over the years. I'm not familiar with the Ultra Delux, but I don't think its a SW product.ProMar 200 has 13% titanium dioxide content. 200 Zero has 15% titanium dioxide, but a completely different formula from Superpaint and Promar to make it a zero VOC product.
