Jeep wrangler limp mode reset.

Get a New throttle body. My 2017 jeep patriot (same engine), went into limp mode, ran a scan and it listed several items. I went with a new throttle body, bought from ebay motors for under 50 dollars. Well I spent ALL day chasing down possible causes to the limp mode. 1. Unplugged the PCM and the transmission harness and tested the connections to make sure there were not any bad connections or wires fused together. about 15 things do for propped inspection, thank god for the lift and the ohm meter! 2.

Heard it drains capacitors and makes it either give you "good" code or disables limp mode if codes are now okay. Going to give it a try today.
