hey I have a 2017 kenworth t680 with a paccar mx13 my truck is having the same issues, today they found that the fuse and pins found faulty ECM power relay will need to be replace. And that water was going into the ECM relay, 150mega fuse and fuse holder was corroded so that they needed to be replaced
