Sep 30, 2022 · Whether ATI NLCEX questions are harder than the NCLEX is somewhat subjective. Many people take the NCLEX after prepping with ATI, but pass the NCLEX with 75 questions. The “passing rate” on NCLEX is adaptive, but many state that if you pass at least 50-60% of the questions on ATI test banks, then you will pass the NCLEX.
