I went with base damage and bleeds. Twisting Wounds plus the amulet that gives you the 20% vs bleeding, 30 if half dead. Then I actually spec into weak point and mod gen. Maxed twisted gets you 2 bleeds and lets extra bleed damage kick in faster sometimes from the off crit. Then pump the mod into whatever you want to kills weak point.
