The performance chips are garbage in comparison to a proper tune. This holds especially true if you're doing engine mods in anyway from the intake all the way to the exhaust. A chip will only give you the butt dyno feels without actually producing a significant amount of HP, let alone, won't be optimized for all your new parts.
