Troubleshooting a Miller Bluestar 2E. 10-30-2018, 04:10 PM. I recently got a Bluestar 2E, serial no. HK259114 I believe. I was welding with it, broke my arc, and then the engine kicked into high idle. There is no power coming from the weld leads or the electrical outlets and the engine stays in high idle.

Only complaint I have with mine is the noise from the 16hp tecumpseh. Re: Miller Bluestar 2E AC/DC help! I reinstalled the carb after cleaning it (still don't have the rebuild kit). It runs only slightly better, still needs at least half choke.
