1st sea: Light. This fruit is widely considered one of the best grinding fruits since it's an Elemental and has AoE moves, decent damage, not too high mastery requirements, powerful M1, and the fastest flight in the game. 2nd sea: magma/light. High dps, fast flight, good for pvp. 3rd Sea: Buddha awk/venom/leo/dough awk.Light is the best for the first sea because the first sea have a lot of islands, light just makes your life easier. Magma is better for the second sea because it has massive damage and you don't need travel that much. Buddha is superior for third sea since you need a lot more levels for logia effect.
