So if you find a quizlet deck that corresponds or use the Anking deck. It's a lot of 1st order questions. I got a 20% on OMM and still was in the 580+ just off the buzz words questions alone. There is also NO WAY I can learn some of the detail that was required to answer some of the questions on COMSAE 105. The upper class men always said that "USMLE is rich in detail, COMLEX rich in breadth". If that COMSAE is a predictor, those tables have turned. Had a lot of MSK questions, quite a few neuro questions, very few OMM, ethics questions had 80% reasonable answer choices, quite a few male tumor questions.
