The real use of Eleonora’s is to pretend to be darth maul. If you say so, power stance Eleonora’s is played a lot right now. The range is subpar as many people tend to run spears and the like which easily out space the twin blades. Also twin blades in general are easy to parry. People are talking about the weapon lol.Elenora's does fire and physical with added bleed build up, but the bleed build up is half as much as the Godskin Peeler. That is why you see it less, you burn your enemies to death before they bleed out. you can add bleed affinity to the peeler and not worrying about the rest.
