Parachute Hill is wonderfully difficult as it has a false top (ie you think you're at the top and you aren't). Anyone who does cross country in Philly knows and respects these hills. The Ben Franklin Bridge is also a really fun one. There's a walkway on the south side and it's a nice incline (not too nuts), but it's a long climb.
