Go pick up the quests from the Relic Conduit in the enclave. The relic in the Enclave gives you Foundry Forging, a quest where you gain the patterns for both Ammit AR2 and Taipan-4fr. Taipan-4fr can roll with Enhanced Triple Tap and Enhanced Firing line, meaning those who don't want to suffer Trials for a Reed's Regret can finally get a meta LFR. what does the relic conduit do. it keeps flashing but there's no quests or anything for me to pick up. I've already beat WQ campaign and crafted a ton of weapons. I think I went to it before it had a quest like once? How do you activate the relic. I got a gambit memento but when I go to the relic it says it’s inactive is there a way to reactivate it or do I need the witch queen expansion? You don't need to wq expansion but you do need to finish the intro quest you got from the first mission of the wq story.

When I approach the Relic, I get nothing prompting me to make a new spear. Ikora just has a blank menu for her dialogue that says something like "check back later."
