the 30s is all win. if you're planning to carry it I would go w the 30s hands down. FYI the G41 and G21 frames are the same. the difference is in slide thickness. G21 has thick slide same thickness as a standard G30 G41 has a thin slide same thickness as a G30s also the "sf" frame designation is the same as the gen 4 without any backstraps.

It is my understanding that the Gen 4 models without any backstrap installed has the same reach as the SF frames. Two very good pistols IMO. My G30 has been the most accurate Glock I've owned, but it is a brick. The Shield 45 is equally accurate and has been perfect through nearly 2k rounds. Both are fun to shoot and handle recoil well (the Shield surprisingly well for its size). There is an obvious capacity difference in favor of the G30.

On my Gen4, I've had two mag catches and springs replaced due to excessive wear of the catch and the notches in the mags. Mags would fall out upon firing the gun. the 30s is all win. if you're planning to carry it I would go w the 30s hands down.
