Pretty sure most spears and halberds would scale better with that. That's a pretty wide stat spread, so your damage will be low, though it'll give you plenty of options for weapons to use. If you pick a few favorite weapons and simplify the build to either str/faith or dex/faith you'll probably have an easier time.
