I have everything maxed out, but for some reason none of them have the plans.Those cards are great for beginners that have crappy armor. however, once you reach 300 to 350 DR/ER, adding more DR/ER barely makes a difference. You're much better off investing your perks elsewhere. So if you're still looking for decent armor (see bullet one, PA would be better to use stabilised perk), you can keep them for now.
