It's the control solenoid, valve or whatever controls it. I added a bottle of Lucas Transmission treatment a month or so ago. Drove it on a 1400 round trip to PA and noticed a little RPM "flutter" at low speed just 100-200rpm when 5th-6th gear at 1000-1700rpm.
