You acces it by clicking the planet/instance name right above chat, usualy next to to player count. it will open up a list of players on that instance, but you can write a name of a player, planet or guild and it will find and list them. example: Theres a guild called Smells like Chloroform. If your guild is less than a week old then you will have to wait before you can start earning guild XP. If over a week then just do anything that earns Conquest points. The more Conquest points you earn the more guild XP you will earn.

sadly there is not other way to creat a guild on your self with the system there are using now. so yea you got 2 options left. option 1: ask other players for help. or option 2: use 3 other PC's and also have 3 other accounts to do it your self. that are the only options you have now.
