I made my qb's injury and toughness at 2 and my injury slider at 1 and he won't get injured no matter how many times I let him get hit, on the run and sacked. He isn't a created player idk if that has anything to do with it. I’m pretty sure setting to 1 is the issue. Take off progressive fatigue. It’s broken in game. I personally turn that off then put in game fatigue to 100 so that you get rotation with players but not to the point where your starters barely play. Check my profile for the full Franchise settings I posted here a few days ago.
