Passed a clot this a.m. went for my ultrasound expecting the worst, was told there is now a 5 week 6 day fetal pole with no heart rate (not unusual for the time-line), a yolk sac, but my gestational sac is clearly misshapen. It's much narrower. She said this doesn't look good, but she's seen crazier.
