PSA uppers are fine to build on. I've built a few. The Aero M4Es have a couple of nice features PSA doesn't have and I like their looks but they run about $40-$50 more than PSA. And if you buy any upper that isn't part of a matched pair, fit will be a crapshoot. Any upper/lower pair that is in spec should fit together well.
