I have installed a 2007 forester 2.5 NA engine into a vanagon. everything want well but I am getting a P0028 code saying that the intake valve soleniod Bank 1 ckt range/perf. I also sometimes get a P0171 system too lean code The engine runs real good up to 4k and then cuts out.
