Sep 7, 2023 · Try restarting all of your network equipment - gateway/modem/router. Unplug the power for a few seconds and then plug them back in. Once everything restarts, restart your Roku device by navigating to "System restart" under Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (as appropriate).

It is a Spectrum issue every time as long as you have a Spectrum rental router, I haven't seen the issue on customer owned routers at all. I don't have answers for why it stops working, but always try a reboot, then a hard reset with either the recessed button or the button on the back with the arrow circle and hold it for 60 seconds.
