Toyota rav4 not starting no crank.

Suddenly, it just didn't start so I checked the basic stuff: battery was good, I had good spark, had fuel, didn't find anything wrong. Only code was P1604, which I suppose came up after so many failed attempts to start the car.4. Insufficient Fuel Pressure. There is not enough investigation to make any diagnosis. Engine could have been flooded from a stuck injector. Starting made it run rough then quit. Smell of gasoline in exhaust. Or, could be failing coils due to wide spark plug gaps. Or, a bad connection with the crankshaft position sensor. Or, cam crank correlation is off.

Today when I went to start it all lights, radio and cameras work but the engine makes a buzzing noise and won't start. The dash reads "AWD malfunction, 2WD mode engaged" HELP !!!

However, if your battery cannot deliver 12 volts while cranking, then it cannot initialize the computers or turn on the fuel injectors, or run the electric power steering.Try putting the START fuse back in, and taking the ALT-S fuse out and repeat the measurements. With start fuse out, no longer getting the 9 volts on solenoid out. it is zero. Put starter fuse back, it becomes 9 volts on solenoid out.
