I've had legendary weapon ornaments but never armor. Legendary ornaments do not drop from bright engrams. Last time I had seen legendary ornaments in engrams was forsaken meybe early shadowkeep but not sure. Once upon a time, you USED to be able to get Eververse armor ornaments through Bright Engrams.
