Honestly it seems like they are correlating pretty well… it’s not the end of the world and it’s not like 90s comat scores are horrible. As far as tips for IM, just show up, be willing to learn, and be professional. That pretty much covers most of 3rd year to be honest. All of my evals were good and they were all pretty much about how I was good to work with and eager to learn. If there is something you get pimped on that you struggle with you should study it that night.
