I have tried to add the app to my kindle. I have put in the same information username and email with password. It is not syncing, the kindle is still showing on level one. I went through all of the steps; i have restarted the device, checked for updates, cleared the cache, have plenty of memory, and lastly I have uninstalled and redid it.
