This is when I noticed my operators would stop counting the Exfil streaks. I would have to delete that operator no matter what streak they were on and start over. After I stopped switching between my operators it would work perfectly. SOOOO I would have to stay on a guy until he was maxed at 10 for it to fix itself.

Additionally the strong arm perk doesn't show the throw trajectory, so is it even working? Are any of them working? Switch to stuck operator. Finish a contract and exfil. Sometimes the exfil streak gets bugged. Failing to exfil or changing operator in that slot will fix it (by resetting it to zero so you can start again). Some people have had luck fixing it by changing operator skin and/or finisher. Basically: good luck. Ghost perk/vest prevents notification. And ghost vest is pretty popular rn. I know sometimes it freezes at the end of the game and you have to leave/ but this happens even when you go through the process back to the lobby. So many flaws in this game!
