Felogyr's Fireworks is a buggy nightmare for stealth play. I don't know how many times I save scummed here, but it's insane. Top floor and you're quietly rifling through a dead man's pockets? The whole building can hear you and will rush up to investigate. It's a badly designed quest. I went in there as an Ancients Paladin, ended up killing everyone in the building, except for the customers, and about 3 Flaming Fist patrols.
