There are three positions left, right and down (probably off, on, and reserve). Definatly do it. with the spacer in it'll do a whoopping 14 mph. with the spacer out, it'll do ~32 but you can easily cut that back with the throttle. it's much easier to ride without overrevving the crap out of it.Just like the title states, it starts right up, idles and revs just fine it seems but the tires will only move if you lift them off the ground. It will slightly move under its own power with no rider, but even the 50 lb boy on it and it wont move. I pulled the intake restrictor, dropped the exhaust (could not find restrictor in exhaust).
