( follow the fuel lines ) I believe it has a drain, when this crappy fuel with ethanol sits and goes bad it accumulates in this reservoir. Drain the bad fuel, and pump the primer to re fill.

May 21, 2013 · So back to my problem, why does the engine goes down and back up in 200 to 500rpm ratios when running at less than 2,400 rpm.
