You can 1 shot the smaller bots, 2 shot the medium ones ...That's what makes a really well designed boss fight. You don't know what to expect, but by quickly adapting your strategy you can prevail. It feels good and is rewarding to the gamer. Without the right preparations, no amount of adaptation will get you through this fight. You simply won't do enough damage.

The issue I found playing on hard was simply doing enough damage before the bots ran away, even when exploiting the weaknesses, and my team was over-leveled as well.
