On the plain P365, I can get that by keeping its factory dovetail as is, and having its slide custom milled for a red dot in front of the dovetail. Sig factory sights are notoriously tight to remove. Some will have you searching for words better not mentioned here. I can see if your eyes are not the best, the rear sight might be a bit too small.
