My starlink randomly went down. It says disconnected or rebooting and shows the connection between the router and the dish as red. This exact thing has happened twice before and both times plugging in a new cable between the router and dish fixed it. The only problem is that we just did that back in January and it’s already down again. Dish says offline/disconnected. I’ve put in three support tickets and radio silence first ticket opened June 11.
