In my area there are no discount grocery stores (Walmart, Aldi, Winco, etc.) My overall cheapest is Ralph’s (Kroger) followed very closely by Target. Trader Joe’s probably comes in next. It really depends on what you buy. If good meat prices are your priority, your cheapest store might be different than a vegetarians cheapest store.
