If it’s not listed on there when you type in your store number then it’s a not a key event date. Some stores might say “every weekend/sunday” are key event dates” but they’d be lying. When you use like when your ill the time does not count against your attendance count. Save this for when you are sick it also accrues slowly. PTO (Personal Time Off) is normal time off. If you are out you can use it to still get paid, but it counts against your attendance.
