Moonveil has more range on it's specials compared to Uchigatana with it's standard Unsheath, but also costs more FP. Overall both weapons are great tbh. Nagakiba has great damage, nice moveset and oh my god the reach on R2 wow. I enchanted mine with occult and Bloodhound Step and basically no other weapon was better.
