Isx blowing coolant out overflow but not overheating.

After adding the coolant and burping it I'm still having some issues. The are the upper and lower radiator hoses are very hard and the lower radiator hose and bottom of the radiator is cold to the touch even after driving. And the one that really baffles me is the overflow bottle will lose coolant after a few days.When the engine reaches a certain temperature, it opens allowing coolant to flow through the radiator and then to the motor. When this is not functioning properly, the result can be catastrophic overheating of your car’s engine. I have to be super careful taking the cap off, because there is so much pressure building up that it will blow the cap out of the air and shoot a geyser of coolant 15' in the air.

When the Jeep is started it is making a gurgling sound like the coolant is being sucked through the lines or as if there is air in the lines.
