HORUS: Goblin buff idea that i had for homebrew. pg 196 of the Lancer rulebook introduces us to the goblin. the goblin is a great mech. the goblin has one massive ehhh feature. there is not much reason to use its core ability, because the strings and cons add up and outweigh the pros. i propose 2 changes.
